We are a family-owned business. We value speed, flexibility, and practical solutions.

  • Recommend new modules and system improvements.
  • Lead implementation of additional SAP B1 modules.
  • Improve system workflow without slowing operations.
  • Identify automation opportunities.
  • Ensure system development supports business growth, not bureaucracy.

4. Inventory & Reporting Discipline

  • Ensure 100% accuracy between physical stock and SAP system.
  • Prevent incorrect postings and financial inconsistencies.
  • Monitor BOM accuracy and production consumption.
  • Identify system errors and resolve immediately.

Personality Requirements (Very Important)

This role requires a strong backbone.

The candidate must:

  • Be confident and firm when enforcing reporting discipline.
  • Be respected by Production and Warehouse teams.

  • Think commercially, not just technically.
  • Be practical and adaptable.
  • Avoid over-complicating simple processes.
  • Be proactive, not reactive.
  • Balance control with flexibility.

We are not looking for a “system operator.”
We are looking for someone who can take ownership.
