Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP CPI Consultant to design, develop, and support integrations across SAP and non-SAP applications using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). The role requires hands-on expertise in integration design, iFlows development, API management, and end-to-end deployment within cloud or hybrid system landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop integration flows (iFlows) using SAP CPI, including mapping, routing, and error handling
• Work on SAP Cloud Integration Suite (CI) to connect SAP and third-party systems
• Manage end-to-end integration lifecycle: requirement analysis, design, build, testing, deployment, and support
• Develop interfaces using SOAP, REST, OData, IDocs, RFCs, SFTP, JDBC, and other adapters
• Perform message mapping transformations using XSLT, XML, JSON, and Groovy/JavaScript scripting when needed
• Configure and manage API proxies, security artifacts, SSL certificates, and authentication mechanisms
• Troubleshoot integration issues and recommend performance and reliability improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams to ensure integration quality and system stability
• Prepare technical design documents, deployment guides, and process documentation

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration)
• Strong experience in integration design, iFlows development, monitoring, and support
• Experience working with SAP PO/PI, BTP (Business Technology Platform), API Management (APIM), or Integration Suite
• Expertise in XSLT/JSON/XML data transformation and scripting (Groovy/JavaScript)
• Understanding of integration connectivity protocols (HTTP, SOAP, REST, SFTP, AS2, OData)
• Experience in integrating SAP S/4HANA or ECC with cloud/on-premise applications
• Good problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills

Good to Have

• Knowledge of SAP BTP services and Event Mesh
• Experience in migration from SAP PI/PO to SAP CPI
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, Hybris, or C4C integrations
• SAP certification in Integration Suite / CPI

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions
• Independent working capability with strong ownership and accountability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
