Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM TPM Consultant with 7+ years of hands-on experience in Trade Promotion Management. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP CRM TPM solutions to manage trade promotions, planning, execution, and settlement processes for FMCG / CPG businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP CRM TPM solutions
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to trade promotions, pricing, rebates, and settlements
- Configure TPM processes including:
- Promotion planning & budgeting
- Promotion execution
- Claims & settlement
- Accruals and deductions
- Work closely with business stakeholders to optimize trade promotion effectiveness
- Integrate SAP CRM TPM with:
- SAP ECC / S/4HANA
- SAP BW / BI
- SAP Finance (FI/CO)
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for developments (RFCs, enhancements, workflows)
- Support UAT, go-live activities, and post-go-live stabilization
- Provide ongoing support, issue resolution, and system enhancements
- Create documentation, user manuals, and conduct end-user training
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP CRM, with strong focus on TPM (Trade Promotion Management)
- Hands-on experience in SAP CRM modules related to TPM
- Strong understanding of CPG / FMCG trade promotion business processes
- Experience with pricing, rebates, claims management, and settlement processes
- Good knowledge of SAP integration points with FI/CO and SD
- Experience working in implementation, rollout, and support projects
- Strong functional documentation and stakeholder communication skills
Good to Have
- Experience with SAP C/4HANA or migration projects
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Trade Promotion processes
- Exposure to SAP BW reporting for TPM analytics
- Certification in SAP CRM / TPM

Pay: ₹634,140.55 - ₹2,056,540.88 per year
