SAP CX Consultant

The SAP CX Consultant is mainly responsible for translating the Group’s business needs into technical SAP expectations. Furthermore, they must ensure that incident resolution and required changes take place promptly


Functional Responsibilities

  • Support the customer’s adoption process during all their Value Journey.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of the SAP Commerce Cloud platform and other CX products.
  • Working experience on modules like Search, Product Management, Cart, Checkout, Order etc.
  • Experience on various accelerator like B2C, B2B, Financial Accelerator, Public Accelerator etc.
  • Stay updated on SAP ecosystem updates, releases, and industry trends.
  • Customize Emarsys features such as email automation, push notifications, SMS campaigns, and segmentation.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Emarsys implementations.
  • Knowledge of personalization strategies and marketing analytics is preferred.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to design customer journeys and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure seamless data flow between SAP systems (e.g., SAP Commerce, SAP Marketing Cloud) and Emarsys.
  • Maintain documentation on configurations, processes, and user guides.
  • Working with partners and customers to define and assess non-functional requirements such as maintainability and optimization.
  • Fully understanding the capabilities and limitations of the technical environments
  • Supporting successful project implementation phase to follow best practices.



Education:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a degree in a relevant field;
  • MSc in Computing and IT Management or a degree in a relevant field is a plus;
  • Very Good in English and Arabic.


Qualifications:

  • SAP Commerce Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of the SAP Commerce Cloud (previously Hybris) platform, including its modules, functionalities, and development environment.
  • Experience with data transformation and CPI integrations.
  • Strong e-Commerce functional & technical expertise.
  • Strong understanding of SAP CX solutions and their integration with Emarsys.
  • Front-end technologies and UX/UI knowledge are a plus.
  • Performance Optimization: Knowledge in application performance tuning and understanding design patterns.
  • Ensure seamless data flow between SAP systems (e.g., SAP Commerce, SAP Marketing Cloud) and Emarsys


Experience:


  • 2-3 years experience in SAP CX consulting position.
  • Experience in the KSA or GCC is a plus.
  • Diversified professional experience in related fields is a plus.
