SAP Enable Now recorder

Job Summary:
The SAP Enable Now Recorder is responsible for capturing and developing end-user training content using SAP Enable Now by recording business processes performed in non-SAP applications. This role focuses on documenting step-by-step workflows within various enterprise systems (such as Oracle, web-based platforms, or other business applications) and converting them into structured training materials. The recorder works closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), functional teams, and training leads to ensure recordings accurately reflect approved business processes and support user adoption across multiple software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record step-by-step business processes in non-SAP applications using SAP Enable Now Producer.
• Capture system workflows and convert recordings into simulations, guided learning modules, and training documentation.
• Edit recordings to meet project quality standards, naming conventions, and style guidelines.
• Collaborate with SMEs, business analysts, and project teams to validate the accuracy of recorded processes.
• Develop multiple training outputs including Demo, Practice, and Test simulations, job aids, and quick reference guides.
• Apply content governance standards, including file naming conventions, version control, and documentation guidelines.
• Update recordings as processes or system configurations change during the project lifecycle.
• Support end-user training readiness activities, including UAT preparation and knowledge transfer.
• Publish finalized content to the Enable Now Manager workspace, LMS, or designated learning repository.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience using SAP Enable Now Producer or similar digital adoption or simulation recording tools.
• Ability to capture and document business processes across multiple enterprise software applications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document system workflows.
• Experience working with SMEs and project teams in ERP or enterprise software implementations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
