SAP FICO Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, excellent problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP FICO processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support SAP FICO modules (FI & CO).
• Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and support UAT cycles.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
• Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, reports, and interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules.
• Provide training and documentation for end-users.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 3–7 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience.
• Strong understanding of financial business processes and accounting principles.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
• Ability to configure FI/CO sub-modules such as GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, PCA/CCA.
• Experience with integration points such as MM, SD, PP, and HR.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP FICO certification (optional but highly beneficial).
• Experience in full-cycle SAP implementations.
• UAE industry experience or knowledge of VAT regulations
