SAP FICO Consultant

We Design and Print is a fast-growing creative and business solutions company committed to innovation, operational efficiency, and digital transformation. As we continue expanding our operations in Qatar, we are looking for a highly skilled and driven SAP FICO Consultant to join our Doha team.

This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about ERP systems, finance transformation, and delivering impactful SAP solutions that drive business performance.

Position Overview

The SAP FICO Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO) modules while collaborating with finance and business teams to optimize financial processes and reporting capabilities.

The ideal candidate combines strong SAP expertise with analytical thinking and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP FICO modules including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting
• Cost Center Accounting
• Profit Center Accounting
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Support SAP implementation, upgrades, testing, and system enhancements
• Troubleshoot SAP FICO issues and provide functional support to users
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams on process optimization
• Develop financial reports, workflows, and system documentation
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and reporting standards
• Conduct user training and support ERP best practices across departments

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant or similar ERP finance role
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP FICO configuration and support
• Knowledge of SAP integration with MM, SD, and other modules is preferred
• Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• SAP certification is highly desirable
• Experience in GCC business environments is a plus
