SAP FICO Module Lead

Job Description:

Education and Special Training:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
• SAP S/4HANA certification in Finance preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with ability to engage business users.
• Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead Finance and Controlling workstream for S/4HANA implementation.
• Conduct requirement workshops, configuration, testing, and business validation.
• Configure and support FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank) and CO (Cost Centers, Internal Orders, COPA).
• Enable integration with logistics, manufacturing, and procurement modules.
• Ensure compliance with accounting, audit, and internal control requirements.
• Coordinate with offshore team for build, RICEFW testing, and cutover support.
• Prepare configuration documents, test cases, and user training material.

Experience Requirement:

• 10+ years of SAP experience, 8+ in FI/CO.
• Minimum 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong in Material Ledger, Actual Costing, and Profitability Analysis.
• Experience in Bank Communication Management and Tax integration.
• Hands-on exposure in manufacturing business environments.
