Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM/CMM Functional Consultant to design, configure, implement, and support SAP S/4HANA Customer Management solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to optimize customer engagement processes across sales, service, and marketing functions while ensuring seamless integration with SAP and third-party systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to understand CRM/CMM business processes and requirements
- Analyze customer interaction workflows and document functional specifications
System Configuration & Customization
- Configure SAP CRM/CMM modules based on business requirements
- Customize SAP CRM Web UI, interaction centers, and partner functions
Implementation & Integration
- Support end-to-end SAP CRM/CMM implementations and enhancements
- Integrate SAP CRM/CMM with SAP S/4HANA modules including SD, MM, and FI
- Support middleware configuration, interfaces, and data migration activities
- Collaborate with technical teams and third-party vendors for system integrations
Testing & Support
- Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, and support UAT activities
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide ongoing application support
- Monitor system performance and support upgrades, patches, and enhancements
Training & Documentation
- Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and user manuals
- Conduct end-user training sessions and knowledge transfer activities
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in SAP CRM/CMM implementation and support
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Customer Management solutions
- Knowledge of SAP CRM configuration, middleware, and Web UI
- Understanding of CRM business processes including lead-to-order, service management, and campaign execution
- Experience integrating CRM with SAP SD, MM, FI, and SAP BW
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- SAP CRM Certification is preferred
- Experience working on enterprise SAP transformation projects is an advantage
