Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes and design SAP-based solutions that align with organizational goals and technology capabilities.
• Lead the definition and documentation of future-state business processes, with a focus on procurement, contract management, and inventory optimization using SAP MM and Ariba.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and innovative solutions to complex business challenges across teams.
• Conduct and facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure the successful design, configuration, and testing of SAP solutions.
• Develop comprehensive documentation to support process design, system integration, and user training.
• Utilize analytical tools to assess data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Lead testing efforts, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing, ensuring quality and system readiness.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and efficiency improvements in procurement and supply chain workflows.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Advanced proficiency in SAP S/4HANA FI General Ledger and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, IM, PM, EAM).
• Proven track record in end-to-end SAP implementations, ideally in the oil & gas sector.
• Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes, including P2P, O2C, invoice processing, and approval workflows.
• Experience in business process mapping, master data management, legacy data migration, and workflow automation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead stakeholder workshops and gather business requirements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• SAP certification(s) in S/4HANA Finance or related areas is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
