Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented SAP IBP Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our innovative team. Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP IBP solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop comprehensive solution architecture plans that incorporate service-oriented architecture principles, ensuring modularity and interoperability across enterprise systems.
- Design and implement data integration workflows using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to facilitate accurate and timely data exchange between SAP IBP and other platforms such as Salesforce, Pegasystems, or custom systems.
- Configure and optimize SAP IBP modules including demand planning, inventory optimization, and supply planning to enhance operational efficiency.
- Integrate SAP IBP with cloud infrastructure services like AWS or Azure, ensuring system security through proper configuration of firewalls, VPNs, load balancing, and system hardening practices.
- Manage system design documentation, including system architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and user manuals to support ongoing maintenance and upgrades.
- Conduct system testing using Agile methodologies; perform debugging and troubleshooting to resolve issues swiftly while maintaining high system availability.
- Implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for SAP IBP enhancements using tools like Jenkins or Git to streamline updates while minimizing downtime.
- Monitor system performance metrics; perform vulnerability assessments and vulnerability management to uphold information security standards across all platforms.
- Support system administration tasks such as configuring operating systems (Windows/Linux), managing databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL), and maintaining network configurations including DNS, DHCP, GPOs (Group Policy Objects), and VMware virtualization environments.
- Stay current with emerging technologies such as microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, Kubernetes orchestration, and DevOps practices to continuously improve system capabilities.
Experience
- Proven experience working as a Business Systems Analyst or Solution Architect specializing in SAP IBP implementations within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes combined with expertise in integrating SAP IBP with other enterprise applications like Salesforce or Pegasystems.
- Hands-on experience designing scalable solutions utilizing service-oriented architecture (SOA), microservices frameworks, and cloud-based infrastructures such as AWS or Azure.
- Proficiency in data integration tools and techniques including ETL workflows; familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB), SQL-based systems (MySQL, Oracle), and RESTful API development.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure components including load balancing strategies, network security protocols (firewalls, VPNs), operating systems administration (Windows/Linux), virtualization (VMware/ESXi), and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Solid background in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, C#, Java; experience with scripting languages like Bash or Shell Scripting for automation tasks.
- Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile methodologies, DevOps pipelines using tools like Jenkins or Git for continuous delivery of solutions.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles including system hardening techniques, threat intelligence practices, vulnerability assessments & management to safeguard enterprise data assets.
- Excellent analytical skills complemented by the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders; adept at documenting complex architectures comprehensively. Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
