We’re looking for a SAP Logistics (EWM/WM) Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end project ownership and team leadership.
What You’ll Do

Lead and take end-to-end ownership of SAP Logistics projects (national and international), acting as the central point of coordination between business units and IT.

Line-manage, coach, and mentor SAP consultants, fostering professional growth, performance, and engagement within the team.

Build, coordinate, and steer multi-disciplinary consultant teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and aligned delivery goals.

Guide team members in prioritizing tasks, resolving impediments, and maintaining delivery focus in complex project environments.

Act as a trusted partner for business and functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment with program objectives, scope, and deliverables.

Provide senior functional expertise in warehouse and logistics processes, especially in SAP EWM/WM.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. SAP TM, MM, SD, IT operations) to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions on time and within budget.

Drive continuous improvement of delivery quality, team efficiency, and project governance standards.

Promote a culture of learning, innovation, and accountability within the SAP logistics team.

Stay up to date with SAP EWM innovations and industry trends and proactively integrate relevant improvements into project and team practices.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS, Business Administration, or a comparable field.

8+ years of professional experience in the SAP EWM/WM environment, including at least 3 years in a leadership or PMO role.

Solid knowledge of adjacent SAP modules such as SAP TM, MM, or SD is highly preferred.

Proven people leadership and stakeholder management skills, with hands-on experience leading and developing SAP consultants.

Strong background in logistics and supply chain processes, ideally in complex or large-scale environments.

Demonstrated ability to lead large and complex SAP projects, contributing to overall program and portfolio strategy.

Excellent project management capabilities, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource management.

Strong communication skills with business and executive stakeholders.

Fluent English (spoken and written); German is a strong advantage.

Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or comparable tools.
