Job Description

Lead the end-to-end management of SAP master data domains (Material, Vendor, Customer, Finance, etc.).
Define, implement, and maintain data governance standards, policies, and data quality metrics.
Supervise a team of data analysts and specialists; provide training, guidance, and performance oversight.
Partner with Business Process Owners, IT, and functional leads to support ongoing data-related initiatives.
Execute and monitor data migration, cleansing, and validation activities during SAP project rollouts or enhancements.
Ensure compliance with corporate data standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop and present regular master data performance reports and KPIs to leadership.
Coordinate with SAP functional teams (MM, SD, FI, PP) to align master data strategy with system configurations.

8+ years of experience in SAP Master Data Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team lead capacity.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP modules – MM, SD, FI, PP, and MDG (Master Data Governance).
Proven experience managing data migration, data validation, and large-scale SAP transformation initiatives.
Advanced understanding of master data structures, hierarchies, and dependencies within SAP.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with data cleansing and validation tools.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).

Experience with S/4HANA implementation projects.
Familiarity with data governance frameworks and automation tools (e.g., Winshuttle, Informatica, Alteryx).
Exposure to regulated environments (Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Manufacturing preferred).
