SAP PP Consultant

· Gather business requirements, design solutions, and configure SAP PP in S/4HANA.

· Support end-to-end production planning processes:

o Demand Management (Planned Independent Requirements, Sales & Operations Planning in S/4HANA)

o Material Requirements Planning (MRP Live, MRP areas, Planning Strategies)

o Production Order Management (creation, scheduling, confirmation, costing, settlement)

o Capacity Planning and Detailed Scheduling

o Shop Floor Execution and Integration with MES systems

· Integrate PP with MM, SD, QM, WM/EWM, and FI/CO modules.

· Configure Advanced ATP (aATP), PP/DS (Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling) where applicable.

· Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

· Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).

· Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 8–10 years of SAP PP experience, with 2+ years in SAP S/4HANA Implementation.

· Strong knowledge of Production Planning in Discrete, Process, or Repetitive Manufacturing.

· Hands-on experience in MRP Live, Demand-Driven MRP (DDMRP), Advanced ATP, and PP/DS.

· Knowledge of Master Data: Bill of Materials (BOM), Work Centers, Routing/Recipes, Production Versions.

· Integration experience with MM (materials), SD (sales), QM (quality), and CO (controlling).

· Good understanding of Fiori apps for PP in S/4HANA.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

· Exposure to SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning).

· Experience in MES integration and shop floor automation.

· S/4HANA Certification in PP or Manufacturing.

· Knowledge of Agile/DevOps delivery models.
