Job Title: SAP PP Consultant (S/4HANA Specialist)

Experience: 7-10 years

Qualifications: SAP PP/QM S/4HANA certification preferred; strong consulting background required.

Job Summary

Lead design, implementation, and consulting for SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules in S/4HANA environments. Drive greenfield implementations, template rollouts across regions, gap analysis, and support while ensuring seamless integrations and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute 2+ end-to-end greenfield implementations (build, deploy, rollout, support).
• Conduct gap analysis for country/region-specific template adaptations.
• Configure PP/QM processes, master data management, and end-to-end flows.
• Design Functional Specifications (FS) and End-User Training documents.
• Collaborate via structured tools like ADO with teams and stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills (Must-Have)

• 7-10 years in SAP PP/QM design/implementation/consulting, focused on S/4HANA.
• Domain expertise in PP: Demand Management, Classical MRP, MRP Live, Production Order Management (Discrete Manufacturing).
• Deep PP master data: BOMs, Work Centers, Routings, Production Versions.
• QM master data: Master Inspection Characteristics, Catalogues/Code Groups, Inspection Plans.
• Enhancements (User-Exits/BAPIs), interfaces (ALE/IDocs/APIs), integrations with MM, SD, FICO, PM.
• Business process knowledge for shop floor control, subcontracting, Engg. Change Mgmt., batch management.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
• Process optimization, data migration, system performance enhancement.
• SAP PP/QM S/4HANA certification.
• Excellent client-facing communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹1,430,962.61 - ₹2,488,860.10 per year
