Job Overview

Connecting Dots ERP is seeking an experienced SAP PP Consultant (Freelance Trainer) to deliver offline classroom sessions in Pune. The trainer will conduct structured and interactive classes, focusing on SAP Production Planning (PP) concepts, configuration, and practical exercises.

This freelance opportunity is ideal for SAP professionals interested in part-time training and mentoring roles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct SAP PP training sessions (offline, 3 classes per week).
• Deliver lessons on SAP PP fundamentals, configuration, and implementation.
• Prepare and use practical exercises to build trainee competence.
• Support participants through guidance and regular doubt-clearing sessions.
• Modify delivery methods to suit learners with different experience levels.

Requirements

• 3 – 8 years of experience working in SAP PP implementation or support.
• Strong understanding of SAP PP processes and configuration.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Prior experience in training or mentoring is an advantage.
• Ability to deliver clear, engaging, and structured classroom sessions.

Work Schedule

• Mode: Offline (In-person)
• Location: Pune, Maharashtra
• Frequency: 3 classes per week
• Session Duration: Around 1.5 hours per batch
• Shift Options: Morning or Evening (Monday to Friday)
• Weekend sessions: As required
