SAP PS Consultant

Key Responsibilities

· Gather and analyze business requirements related to project planning, budgeting, execution, and monitoring.

· Configure and support SAP Project System (PS) processes in S/4HANA:

o Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)

o Project & Network Scheduling

o Project Budgeting & Availability Control

o Project Cost Planning & Cost Forecasting

o Settlement of Projects to CO/FI/Assets

o Milestone Billing & Revenue Recognition (integration with SD/FI)

· Work on Master Data Management – Project Profiles, Network Profiles, Costing Sheets, Settlement Profiles.

· Integrate PS with FI/CO (Controlling, Profitability Analysis), MM (procurement), SD (sales), PP (production), and HR (time & resources).

· Support Project Portfolio Management (PPM) or integration with external project tools if required.

· Develop functional specifications for RICEFW objects.

· Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT with business teams.

· Provide end-user training, documentation, and go-live support.

· Ensure project delivery following SAP Activate methodology (Explore → Realize → Deploy → Run).

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 5–10 years of experience in SAP PS, with at least 2+ years on S/4HANA implementation or minimum 2 implementation.

· Strong understanding of Project System structures (WBS, Networks, Activities, Milestones).

· Hands-on experience in Project Budgeting, Cost Planning, Forecasting, and Settlement.

· Knowledge of Revenue Recognition in S/4HANA (Event-Based Revenue Recognition - RAR).

· Integration experience with FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and HR.

· Good exposure to Fiori apps for Project System in S/4HANA.

· Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

· Experience in SAP Project Portfolio & Project Management (PPM).

· S/4HANA Certification in PS or Management Accounting.

· Knowledge of Agile/Hybrid project delivery models.

· Exposure to S/4HANA RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting).

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
