SAP S/4HANA Trainer – Retail Transformation

We are supporting a major retail transformation programme in Dubai and are looking to appoint SAP S/4HANA Trainers to support business readiness, user adoption, and operational rollout across a large multi-site retail and distribution environment.

This is a hands-on, business-facing role within a live transformation programme — ideal for SAP consultants who are confident working directly with users, delivering training, and supporting adoption throughout go-live and hypercare.

The Environment

You’ll be working within a fast-paced retail and supply chain operation spanning stores, warehousing, and distribution functions. The programme is highly visible, operationally critical, and involves significant stakeholder engagement across the business.

On-site presence in Dubai is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP S/4HANA end-user training across retail, warehousing, and operational teams
• Support user readiness, adoption, and business engagement throughout rollout phases
• Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and train-the-trainer sessions
• Support UAT, go-live, and hypercare activities
• Create and maintain user guides, SOPs, and supporting training materials
• Work closely with change, transformation, and business teams to support operational adoption
• Engage confidently with business users, operational leads, and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA training or user enablement within transformation programmes
• Hands-on involvement in UAT, go-live, or business adoption activities
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Comfortable operating in highly user-facing environments
• SAP experience across retail, procurement, supply chain, warehousing, or operational processes
• Confident facilitating workshops and supporting users through change
• Able to work on-site in Dubai

Arabic language skills are advantageous but not essential.
