Hyderabad 5+ years Full-time SAP SD Functional Support (S/4HANA), IDOC / EDI Integration & Monitoring ABM0259
- Providing support for SAP in SD and integrated modules troubleshooting and resolving issues and change requests within targeted SLA and also an urgent issue during month end closing period with quality.
- IDOC, EDI and copy related issues handling, Monitoring IDOC’s outbound and inbound processing and testing and validating IDOC’s.
- Credit management, Partner functions in SD, Concept of BP in S4 Hana, Condition Contract.
- Drop shipment, Shipment process, SD pricing procedure configuration, Account assignment, Account determination in SD, POD, Root determination in SD, Material and Partner determination, concept of ATP, 3rd party determination.
- Manage customer challenges and escalations in a proactive and structured manner.
- Act as point of contact to analyze and fix application issues, ensuring SAP services are available and reliable to meet business expectation.
- Working closely with different teams (e.g.: Basis, ABAP, other modules, SAP support or 3rd party) to ensure issues and requests are addressed timely.
- Discuss with business users in gathering requirement of Change Request and prepare functional specification as well as carry out a necessary review with business.
- Carry out Unit Test, System Integration Test, and its related documentation.
- Prepare internal presentation and proposal whenever necessary.
- Support user in carrying out User Acceptance Test.
- Provide training to users whenever necessary.
- Fully comply with and adhere to all the standard AMS processes and procedures that are developed.
- Able to support the project assignment, when necessary, responsible for contributing to overall project objectives and team deliverables.
- Rotational shift (4:00 PM to 1:00 AM) and (8:30 PM to 4:00 AM)- flexible work.
- 5+ years of work experience in Application Maintenance Service (AMS).
- Knowledge of functional and technical in the SAP S/4 HANA SD (Sales and distribution, logistics and transportation).
- Bachelor’s degree or above in related field.
- Certificate in certificated accountant, or another related program is a plus.
- Fluency in English (both verbally and in writing)
- Customer focused with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
- Excellent documentation skills, good with MS Office suite especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Deep understanding of business processes as well as good knowledge of technical issues in the area of financial modules.
