We are looking for a highly experienced SAP SD Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in interfaces and system integrations across S/4HANA SD modules. The role involves configuring core OTC processes and working with multiple integration technologies to ensure seamless data flow between SAP and external systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SD / Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes including Sales, Delivery, Billing, Pricing, and Credit Management
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot interfaces and integrations using IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, APIs, and Web Services
• Work on system integrations with CRM, E-commerce platforms, legacy applications, and 3PL systems
• Handle IDoc monitoring, error handling, reprocessing, and mapping
• Collaborate with middleware and integration teams using PI/PO, CPI, EDI, and API Gateway
• Prepare functional specifications for interface developments and enhancements
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover activities, and post go-live support
• Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and reliability across integrated systems

Requirements

• 10–12 years of experience in SAP SD
• Strong hands-on expertise in IDocs, APIs, RFC/BAPI, SOAP, and REST services
• In-depth knowledge of S/4HANA SD and OTC processes
• Experience with PI/PO, CPI, and EDI integrations (preferred)
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
