About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Security and GRC Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP Security role design, authorization management, and SAP GRC Access Control implementation and support. The role requires a strong understanding of compliance frameworks, SoD analysis, and security best practices across SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

✔ SAP Security Management

• Design, build, and maintain SAP Security roles for ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori, and other SAP systems.
• Manage user provisioning, access requests, authorization troubleshooting, and access reviews.
• Monitor and resolve SAP authorization issues across functional modules.

✔ SAP GRC Access Control

• Configure and support GRC Access Control modules: ARM (Access Request Management), ARA (Access Risk Analysis), BRM (Business Role Management), and EAM (Emergency Access Management).
• Conduct SoD analysis, remediation, mitigation controls, and end-user risk assessments.
• Perform periodic governance and compliance reporting.

✔ Audits & Compliance

• Support internal and external audits related to SAP Security and GRC.
• Ensure adherence to global compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, ISO standards, ITGC controls).

✔ Project Support

• Participate in SAP upgrades, system migrations, security cutovers, and S/4HANA transformations.
• Work with functional and technical teams to ensure secure solution deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6–7 years of relevant experience in SAP Security & SAP GRC Access Control.
• Strong knowledge of SAP roles, authorization concepts, SU01, PFCG, SU53, STAUTHTRACE, and UAR processes.
• Hands-on experience with SoD conflict rule sets and mitigation strategies.
• Experience in Fiori authorizations, S/4HANA security model, and cloud integrations is preferred.
• Good understanding of SAP Basis concepts, IDM (optional), CUA administration, and transport management related to Security.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
