Job Opening: GRC Implementation Specialist

Role Details

• Position: GRC Implementation Resource
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years
• Skillset:
• Strong hands-on experience with automated GRC tools (Governance, Risk & Compliance)
• Expertise in implementation, configuration, and optimization of GRC platforms
• Ability to align GRC solutions with organizational compliance and risk management frameworks
• Knowledge of IT risk, audit processes, and regulatory requirements is a plus
• Work Location: Pune (Onsite)
• Engagement Type: 6 months contract

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure GRC tools to meet business and compliance needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Provide training and support to end-users on GRC functionalities
• Monitor and optimize GRC processes for efficiency and effectiveness

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant GRC implementation experience
• Proven track record of working with automated GRC platforms (e.g., RSA Archer, ServiceNow GRC, MetricStream, or similar)
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in an onsite environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹412,635.45 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
