Job Description
We are seeking an HR SuccessFactors EC Expert Consultant to join our Technology Center in Bangalore. In this role, you will work extensively on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and EC Time Off module, focusing on developing, enhancing, and customizing solutions to support HR processes.
You will create technical specifications, perform advanced configurations, translate solution designs into functional builds, and ensure high-quality delivery across the SDLC (Agile/SCRUM). The ideal candidate should exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders, understand business requirements, and transform them into scalable, effective HR solutions.
Who You Are (Required Skills & Experience):
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, HR Systems, or related fields.
5+ years of Hands-on experience in HR systems with at least 3 years in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & strong knowledge of EC Time Off.
Proven expertise in implementing and supporting SuccessFactors Employee Central (multiple end-to-end implementations).
Strong understanding of EC configuration including:
Foundation Objects
Succession & Corporate Data Models
Picklist Management
Reporting
Workflows
Event Reasons
Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
MDF (Metadata Framework)
Ability to configure and troubleshoot EC Time Off, including holiday calendars, time types, time profiles, accruals, and time valuation.
Experience managing HRIS Sync, HRIS mappings between EC & EP, and general admin tasks.
Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors best practices, release management, and deployment methodologies.
Ability to analyze complex HR systems, troubleshoot issues, and propose optimized solutions.
Integration experience between SuccessFactors and ERP systems.
Nice to have: Experience in SF EC integrations & Compensation Module.
Ability to independently own change requests, manage stakeholders, and deliver end-to-end solutions.
Open to learning additional SuccessFactors modules as required.
Relevant SAP SuccessFactors EC certifications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Fast learner, flexible, and able to work with global virtual teams.
