Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll (ECP) Consultant

Experience: 10+ Years (with 3–6 years hands-on ECP experience)

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)

Budget / CTC: Up to ₹40 LPA

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll Consultant with 3–6 years of hands-on experience in EC Payroll (ECP) and an overall 10+ years in SAP. The consultant will configure, integrate, support, and optimize payroll processes in ECP, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and seamless integration with other SAP and third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities:Payroll Configuration & Support:

  • Configure and maintain Employee Central Payroll (ECP): schemas, rules, wage types, infotypes, and payroll results.
  • Manage payroll process mapping, validation, and pre/post-payroll activities.
  • Troubleshoot payroll discrepancies and implement timely corrections.
  • Ensure statutory compliance with country-specific legal requirements, HRSPs, releases, and upgrades.
  • Handle calculations related to Reward, Performance Management, Leave & Pay.
  • Manage Time and Attendance processing.

Integration & Data Flows:

  • Manage EC to ECP Point-to-Point (PTP) replication.
  • Validate master and time data integrations.
  • Support integrations with Finance (FI/CO), Time & Attendance systems, and third-party vendors.

Compliance & Audits:

  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulatory frameworks.
  • Maintain audit logs and ensure GDPR/SOX compliance.
  • Collaborate with auditors and support periodic reviews.

Support & Testing:

  • Perform UAT, regression testing, and release validation (SAP quarterly releases).
  • Monitor error logs and manage Payroll Control Center (PCC) processes.
  • Support off-cycle, bonus, and retroactive payment processing.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll (ECP).
  • Expertise in Payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and off-cycle processing.
  • Experience with Payroll Control Center (PCC).
  • Knowledge of EC to ECP integration and troubleshooting replication errors.
  • Understanding of country-specific payroll configurations and statutory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of Employee Central core structure (Job Info, Org Structure, Work Schedules).
  • Experience in Payroll reporting, logs, and KPIs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll certification.
  • Knowledge of EC Time Off, Benefits, or Global Payroll.
  • Experience in multi-country payroll environments.
  • Familiarity with middleware/cloud integration tools like SAP CPI or PI.
