Job Summary:
The SAP System Administrator is responsible for managing, supporting, and maintaining the company’s SAP Business ByDesign and SAP SuccessFactors environments. The role involves day-to-day system operations, user support, data integrity, and continuous coordination with the SAP Implementation Partner to ensure smooth deployment, issue resolution, and ongoing system enhancements.
Job Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations, system health, and performance of SAP Business ByDesign and

SuccessFactors.

Handle system configuration, user access control, and authorization management.

Execute and monitor system updates, patches, and backups.

Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with internal IT policies.

Monitor integrations between SAP systems and other business applications (e.g., Finance, HR, CRM, Attendance, POS, or BI tools).

Work directly with SAP Implementation Partner to follow up on open tickets, enhancements, and system issues.

Participate in project meetings, testing, and UAT sessions for new features or modules.

Document technical issues, communicate priorities, and validate solutions delivered by the partner.

Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met according to agreed schedules.

Provide first and second-level support to end users on SAP-related issues.

Manage support tickets and ensure timely resolution within SLA.

Conduct periodic training sessions for employees on system updates or new functionalities.

Prepare user manuals, guides, and FAQs for internal reference.

Generate scheduled and ad-hoc reports from SAP systems for management.

Identify and propose process improvements and automation opportunities.

Collaborate with finance, HR, and operations teams to enhance workflow efficiency.

Maintain accurate documentation for system configuration, access logs, and change requests.

Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and audit requirements.

Track all system activities and maintain version control for any customization or development.
Candidate Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in SAP Business ByDesign and/or SuccessFactors administration.

Strong knowledge of modules: Finance, Sales, HR, and CRM.

Experience working with SAP Partners or implementation teams.

Understanding of system integration (APIs, Web Services, or Middleware).

Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and work under pressure.
