Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled SAP WM Consultant to join our Support and Deployment team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP Warehouse Management (WM) with a focus on L2/L3 production support, incident resolution, and warehouse operations. This role requires close collaboration with business users and cross-functional SAP teams to ensure smooth warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities

SAP WM Support & Operations

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP WM-related incidents and service requests.
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve issues within defined SLA timelines.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions for recurring issues.
• Ensure smooth execution of warehouse operations through SAP WM.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with MM, SD, EWM, and other SAP teams for integrated issue resolution.
• Coordinate with business users to understand issues and validate fixes.
• Support system testing, patching, transports, and minor enhancements.

Technical & Documentation Responsibilities

• Support and monitor IDocs, batch jobs, and interfaces related to WM.
• Work with ABAP teams for debugging, fixes, and enhancements.
• Create and maintain solution documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.

Support Model

• Participate in on-call rotations and provide weekend support when required.
• Follow defined incident, change, and release management processes.

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory Skills

• 4–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP WM support.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management (WM).
• Good understanding of warehouse processes:
• Putaway
• Picking
• Inventory management
• Goods receipt and goods issue
• Hands-on experience with RF transactions and barcode scanning.
• Experience monitoring and troubleshooting IDocs, batch jobs, and interfaces.
• Basic debugging skills and ability to collaborate effectively with ABAP teams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to SAP WM–EWM integration.
• Integration knowledge with MM and SD.
• Experience working in a managed services or outsourced support model.
• ITIL certification or familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or SAP Solution Manager.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
