We’re Hiring | Medical Tourism Call Center Supervisor at Dr. Guder Clinic

We are looking for an experienced Medical Tourism Call Center Supervisor to lead and manage our growing team in Istanbul.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in medical tourism call center operations
Previous team leader / supervisor experience is required
Fluent in English
Turkish / French is a plus
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and sales skills
Ability to monitor team performance, improve conversion rates, and achieve targets
Experience with CRM systems and reporting
