SAT Test Tutor

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Remote SAT Test Prep Tutor to provide high-quality virtual instruction to high school students preparing for the SAT exam. The ideal candidate must have a personal SAT score of at least 1380 and demonstrate strong skills in SAT Math, Evidence-Based Reading, and Writing.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong content knowledge, and the ability to deliver engaging, personalized lessons that help students meet or exceed their target scores.

• Key Responsibilities
• Deliver 1:1 and small-group SAT tutoring sessions via Zoom or online learning platforms.
• Teach and reinforce test-taking strategies, timing techniques, and content required for SAT Math and SAT Reading/Writing.
• Assess each student’s strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles to create personalized study plans.
• Provide regular progress updates, feedback, and performance reports to students and families.
• Administer diagnostic tests, practice exams, and targeted skill assessments.
• Track attendance, assignments, and student performance using the organization’s data systems.
• Maintain a professional, encouraging, and motivating learning environment.
• Attend scheduled training, meetings, and professional development as needed.

• Required Qualifications
• Personal SAT score of 1380 or higher (official or verifiable score report required).
• Strong knowledge of SAT Math, Evidence-Based Reading, and Writing sections.
• At least 1 year of tutoring or teaching experience (formal or informal).
• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to teach online using tools such as Zoom, Google Classroom, IXL, or similar platforms.
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
