Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the enrollment process, which includes tasks such as processing applications, coordinating admissions, planning and executing enrollment events, and ensuring a smooth transition for students and families
• Develop strategies to increase enrollment numbers, analyze enrollment data, and implement initiatives to attract and retain families.
• Ensure student data and information systems are well maintained and monitored for compliance purposes

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Responsible for gathering, organizing, and submitting local, regional and State reports accurately and on time.
• Remain up-to-date with regulatory changes, coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information, and liaise with regulatory bodies or auditors.

• Manage external relationships, particularly with the organization's board, community advisory board, alumni, and other stakeholders.
• Manage website and social media through frequent and purposeful updates
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with alumni, creating an alumni database, and organizing events such as annual alumni gatherings would be part of this role.
• Provide support to students who may be facing behavioral or emotional challenges. This might involve one-on-one counseling, mentoring programs, or referrals to external support services.
