Utilize CRM systems effectively to create proposals, track all processes from the initial meeting to closing the sale, and report on the system.

Setting and achieving sales targets for laboratory equipment and consumables.

Determining sales targets for the products under responsibility in the Marmara region and achieving these targets.

Conducting market and customer analysis to identify new opportunities.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Understanding customer needs and offering suitable instrument solutions.

Assisting customers with instrument selection, configuration, and proposal preparation.

Preparing and presenting quotations to customers.

Managing sales agreements and conducting negotiations.

Following up on post-sales processes to ensure customer satisfaction.

Participating in trainings, congresses, seminars, and trade fairs to represent the company.

Qualifications

Faculty of Science or Engineering (Chemisty, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering)

3+ years' of sales experience
