Saudi Talent Acquisition & Management Manager - Saudi National

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition and Management Manager. The position is located in KSA and involves managing the full lifecycle of talent acquisition, including sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top candidates. The Manager will collaborate with hiring managers, develop strategies to enhance employer branding, conduct interviews, and ensure the recruitment process aligns with organizational goals and policies.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and recruiting executive and non-executive level positions
• Proven experience in Hiring and Interviewing senior level candidates
• Experience in developing and implementing Employer Branding strategies
• Excellent MIS reporting skills
• Demonstrated experience in talent management and organizational development
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to drive initiatives and influence decisions driven by data
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment in KSA
• There is a preference to recruit a Saudi national
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
• Demonstrated experience in developing talent /workforce
• Successful track record in workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives
• A hands-on individual with the ability to communicate at all levels

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ﷼27,000.00 per month
