Join our dynamic team as a Saw/Cincinnati Breakpress Operator, working a full 40-hour week in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is essential for producing high-quality metal components using precision cutting and shaping equipment. Candidates must be prepared to undergo drug testing and possess relevant experience to ensure safety, efficiency, and excellence in every task. Responsibilities

• Operate saws and Cincinnati breakpress machines with precision to cut and shape metal parts according to specifications
• Set up and adjust machinery for different production runs, ensuring optimal performance and safety compliance
• Monitor machine operations continuously, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to lockout/tagout procedures
• Document production activities accurately, including measurements, adjustments, and maintenance logs
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining a safe work environment

Requirements

• Proven experience operating saws and Cincinnati breakpress machines in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong understanding of laboratory management principles and laboratory techniques is advantageous
• Knowledge of aseptic techniques, specimen collection/processing, and clinical laboratory procedures is a plus
• Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and physiology enhances your ability to understand technical specifications
• Ability to perform basic life support (BLS), venipuncture, phlebotomy, spinal tap procedures, and catheterization is beneficial but not mandatory
• Prior hospital or research laboratory experience will be considered an asset
• Must pass drug testing requirements prior to employment; previous experience in a safety-conscious environment preferred
