Scaffolding - ADNOC APPROVED

Position: Scaffolding Supervisor
Experience: 3–5 Years (UAE Experience Preferred)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
Certification: ADNOC Approved Scaffolding Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Immediate join preferred.
• Supervise and coordinate all scaffolding activities at site in compliance with ADNOC standards and project specifications.
• Inspect, verify, and approve scaffolding erections, modifications, and dismantling to ensure safety and quality.
• Prepare scaffolding plans, load calculations, and ensure proper materials and equipment are used as per project requirements.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks, safety briefings, and ensure all scaffolders follow HSE regulations.
• Ensure all scaffolding structures are tagged, documented, and meet ADNOC safety requirements before use.
• Maintain accurate records of scaffolding materials, manpower allocation, and daily progress reports.
• Identify potential risks and hazards; implement corrective actions immediately to prevent incidents.
• Coordinate with site engineers, construction teams, and HSE personnel for smooth site operations.
• Ensure timely completion of scaffolding erection/dismantling activities to support project schedules.
• Train and guide scaffolders on safe working practices and ensure competency of the scaffolding team.
