Job Overview

We are looking for creative, technically skilled Scaffolding & Events Designers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for preparing design layouts, structural concepts, and detailed drawings for scaffolding, temporary structures, event stages, platforms, and supporting systems. This role requires strong design skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to convert client requirements into safe and practical designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 2D and 3D design drawings for scaffolding systems, event structures, temporary platforms, and access solutions.
• Prepare detailed layout plans, elevations, sections, and structural details.
• Interpret project specifications, requirements, and site constraints to create accurate design solutions.
• Work closely with estimators, engineers, sales teams, and clients to understand project needs.
• Ensure designs comply with safety standards, load requirements, and industry regulations.
• Modify and update drawings based on client feedback or jobsite changes.
• Provide technical support to site teams during installation and dismantling.
• Maintain organized drawing files, revisions, and project documentation.
• Create visual presentations or 3D models for client approvals when required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience as a Designer/Draftsman in scaffolding, events, temporary structures, or construction industries.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Tekla, or similar design software is a plus.
• Strong understanding of scaffolding systems (Cuplock, Ringlock, Tube & Clamp, Modular systems, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Knowledge of safety standards and loading calculations (basic engineering understanding preferred).
• Creative approach to event design layouts, stages, tents, platforms, and temporary installations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
