Job Description

Monox Events & Scaffolding LLC is looking for experienced Scaffolding / Formwork Designers (Mid‑Level) to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, a solid understanding of structural safety, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced events environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scaffolding and formwork systems for event and temporary structures
• Prepare detailed drawings, layout plans, and technical documentation
• Ensure all designs meet safety and structural compliance standards
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and production teams
• Modify and update designs based on site requirements and project changes
• Support the team in delivering accurate and timely design outputs

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in scaffolding or formwork design
• Experience in events, exhibitions, or temporary structures (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of structural safety standards and design principles
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design tools
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
• Flexibility with working hours, including night shifts when required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
