SCAFFOLDING FOREMAN

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Scaffolding Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising scaffolding activities, ensuring safe work practices, and leading scaffolding crews to complete projects efficiently and in compliance with company and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding.
• Lead and coordinate scaffolding crews to ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company procedures, and project specifications.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Inspect scaffolding materials and equipment before use.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades to support project activities.
• Maintain accurate records of work progress and inspections.

Requirements

• Minimum7 years of experience as a Scaffolding Foreman.
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret scaffolding drawings and work plans.
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid scaffolding certification is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
