Job Title: Scaffolding Instructor

Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Employment Type: Contract (Payroll managed through our partnering firm – Prime Innovation)

We are currently seeking an experienced Scaffolding Instructor to deliver technical training programs in Scaffolding Operations for a training institute in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and hands-on practical training in Scaffolding Erection, Dismantling, and Inspection
• Conduct competency-based training, evaluations, and trainee assessments
• Develop, review, and update training materials, presentations, and practical exercises
• Support the creation of written exams and practical assessment tools
• Ensure scaffolding yard, tools, and equipment are maintained and suitable for training purposes
• Demonstrate safe work practices in line with international scaffolding standards
• Deliver technical presentations and contribute to continuous improvement of training programs

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of industrial experience in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Construction, Infrastructure, Power Generation, or Heavy Industry
• Strong hands-on experience in scaffolding systems (Tube & Fitting, System Scaffolding, etc.)
• Solid understanding of scaffolding safety standards and inspection procedures
• Good communication and instructional skills for both classroom and practical environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training documentation

Preferred

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial / Technical or related field
• Prior experience in training or technical instruction roles
• Certifications such as CISRS, OSHA, or equivalent Scaffolding certifications
• Instructor / Assessor accreditation in Scaffolding programs
