Job Description

• Responsible for the leasing work of construction machinery and equipment (General Equipment) in engineering projects, actively explore the leasing market, expand business channels, and complete the annual sales target.
• Obey the daily work management requirements of the company and leaders, such as customer visits, company meetings, etc.;
• Timely track the needs of key customers, establish relationships with key customers.
• Explore potential market information and effectively communicate with customers.
• Timely return of rent, reduce bad accounts receivable.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to provide tailored scaffolding solutions
• Other tasks and ad hoc duties as and when assigned by superiors.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience
• Strong technical understanding of scaffolding systems and safety standards
