Scaffolding Salesperson

Doha, Qatar

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction, industrial, and commercial markets for scaffolding products and services.

· Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline; forecast sales accurately and achieve or exceed quarterly and annual targets.

· Conduct needs assessments with customers to recommend appropriate scaffolding systems (frame, system, aluminum, temporary works), access solutions, safety gear, and related services (delivery, erection, inspection, maintenance).

· Prepare and present persuasive proposals, specifications, and quotes; negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts.

· Provide technical guidance on product selection, load ratings, compliance with local codes, safety standards, and site-specific constraints.

· Coordinate with operations to ensure on-time delivery, proper erection, safety compliance, and successful project execution.

· Maintain strong customer relationships, deliver exceptional service, and cultivate repeat business and referrals.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing; adjust strategies accordingly.

· Collaborate with the safety team to ensure all products and practices meet OSHA and local regulations; promote a culture of safety on every project.

· Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to generate leads.

Prepare regular sales reports.
