Scaffolding Supervisor - Energy and Construction Projects

What You ll Do

* Lead the safe erection, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding on active job sites
* Review plans and blueprints to ensure scaffolding design aligns with project goals
* Supervise and coordinate scaffolding teams and site logistics
* Conduct risk assessments, implement safety plans, and document compliance
* Work alongside construction managers and other trades to stay aligned on timelines
* Train new workers on site safety, scaffolding techniques, and proper procedures
* Monitor structural integrity and address any safety concerns proactively
* Manage inventory and coordinate timely ordering of scaffolding materials
* Maintain detailed logs of inspections, incidents, and team performance
* Resolve on-site issues quickly and efficiently while keeping teams focused and safe

Ideal Profile

* Proven experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor or similar role in construction
* Strong working knowledge of UAE health and safety regulations
* Skilled in blueprint reading and schematic interpretation
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
* CISRS or CITB scaffolding certification required
* High school diploma or equivalent; further safety certifications are a plus
* Organized, hands-on leader who thrives in active site environments
