Scaffolding Supervisor (Oil & Gas – Offshore Projects)

We are currently hiring an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor for offshore Oil & Gas projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, hands-on offshore experience, and thorough knowledge of HSE and permit-to-work systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures on offshore sites
• Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations and Oil & Gas safety standards
• Lead, manage, and coordinate scaffolding teams on site
• Perform scaffold inspections, tagging, and certification
• Liaise with engineers, safety officers, and project management teams
• Ensure safe work practices and adherence to approved scaffolding plans

Requirements

• 4–5 years of relevant GCC experience (mandatory)
• Proven experience in offshore Oil & Gas projects
• Strong understanding of permit-to-work systems and HSE procedures
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
