Scaffolding Supervisors

Job Summary

The Scaffolding Supervisor will oversee all scaffolding operations on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications and industry standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage a team of scaffolders effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling activities.
• Ensure all scaffolding work complies with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Conduct site inspections to verify scaffold stability, safety, and compliance.
• Prepare and maintain scaffolding inspection reports and documentation.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and safety officers to plan scaffolding requirements.
• Train and guide scaffolders to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
• Manage scaffolding materials, inventory, and equipment usage efficiently.
• Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions promptly.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor or similar role.
• Certified Scaffolding Supervisor or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, safety standards, and inspection procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and scaffolding plans.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
