Job Summary: This is a critical role that serves as the primary point of contact at the scale house, weighing/ticketing, dispatching, coordinating with field crews, and customer service.
Other Requirements: All candidates are required to pass a thorough Background Check, Physical and Drug Test. References may also be checked. We participate in E-Verify.

Weighing, Ticketing & Dispatching
- Operating the computerized scale

Signing in drivers and dispatching to jobs

Assisting with Ticket Pro and Fleetwatcher

Tracking trucks

Resolving missing driver info

Documenting tickets (Incoming/Outgoing)

Communication & Coordination
- Daily foreman communication

Directing truck traffic

Monitoring 511MN for road conditions

Setting up truck route maps

Answering phones.

Reporting & Record-Keeping

Processing outside sales payments

Office & Facility Maintenance
- Cleaning

Supplies ordering

Other duties to be assigned as needed.
Preferred Education and Experience:
-
2+ years of experience in at least ONE of the following:
- Scale house or weighing operations (any industry - aggregate, recycling, grain, etc.)
-
Dispatching or logistics coordination (trucking, construction, delivery)
-
Administrative/clerical support in construction, trucking, or industrial environment
-
Customer-facing role involved in data entry, ticketing, and high-volume multitasking
-
Previous experience in asphalt, aggregate, or heavy civil construction operations.
- Experience with electronic ticketing or dispatching software (e.g., Ticket Pro, HCSS, Command, or similar).
- Experience coordinating truck traffic or logistics in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Familiarity with two-way radio communication and directing vehicle traffic.

Experience training or mentoring others.

High School Diploma, or equivalent

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Microsoft Excel
