We're looking for a Scale Technician Apprentice to join our Canyon office team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving mechanical problems, traveling, and learning a skilled trade. Responsibilities:

● Assist with troubleshooting and repair of industry-related products such as truck scales, platform scales, different types of weighing equipment and indicators.

● Assist with vehicle maintenance and shop maintenance

● Acquire the skills, knowledge and training necessary to become a skilled, experienced and licensed Scale Technician with room to grow.

Qualifications

● Must be 21 years of age or older
● Must achieved a high school diploma or GED equivalent
● Have a clean driving record
● Subject to pre-employment and random drug and/or alcohol testing
● Valid Texas Class C Drivers License required
● Must be able to pass a criminal background check
● You will need to be physically able to lift and move 50 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience determined during interview process)

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift minimum
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekend availability
