Scenario Developer III

GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Scenario Developer is a technical position responsible for supporting the operations and training of computer-based simulation systems with no assistance. This position will coordinate actions with the Site Manager, technicians, and end customer to facilitate the available military training capabilities for the Royal Saudi Naval Forces.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Provide maritime operational subject matter expertise and classroom and simulation training instruction in support of the Royal Saudi Naval Forces Naval Tactical Team Trainer.
• Coordinate with the customer and Kratos Technical teams to provide appropriate training.
• Align curriculum performance standards with maritime tactical and operational scenarios.
• Build and execute basic, intermediate, and advanced maritime tactical and operational master scenario events based on specific tactical and instructional metrics.
• Develop scripted and conditional events including predefined Geographic operational locations.
• Develop simulated vehicles, sensors, radios, and other platforms for use in naval scenarios.
• Develop simulated Naval Exercise environments which include ground and sea contour, shorelines, and another environmental phenomenon.
• Perform a scenario developer information backup.
• Coordinate the development, testing, execution, and documentation of all scenarios within Naval Tactical Team Trainer
• Maintain configuration management over RSNF classified database and continuity between Eastern Fleet Training Center and Western Fleet Training Center.
• Ensure implantation of RSNF establishes security policies when handling classified material including the NTTT database and hard copies.

Qualifications:

• Expert Knowledge of Naval Warfare Training System Simulation
• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent.
• 7 years of experience in engineering, IT, and/or surface naval tactical instruction.
• Knowledge of Windows Operating System
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in specialized visual systems
• Must be Fluent in English
• Must be a Saudi National

Preferred:

• Previous Experience on Naval Simulation and or naval career field.
• COMPTIA A+, Network+, and/or Linux+ Certifications.
• COMPTIA Security+
