Schedule Planner Analyst

As a Scheduler Planner Analyst for the organization, you will maintain Current and Job Operations, Resources, Resource Groups, and Work Centers in our ERP system. You will review, analyze, make recommendations and update information pertaining to these elements on an ongoing basis. You will also coordinate with production and engineering resources in such a way as to ensure meeting customer commitments. You will adjust inputs to the ERP system to drive schedules and priorities in response to design changes, parts shortages, changes in demand or labor availability.

Hours: Monday-Friday 7AM-3:45PM

In the role of Scheduler Planner Analyst:
  • You will coordinate inputs for the planning and scheduling activities of the ERP system.

  • You will manipulate inputs to the planning and scheduling system based on the analysis of historical production data.

  • You will monitor daily reports using Syteline, Paradox, Aegis Logistics and other software tools.

  • You will identify planning and scheduling inconsistencies and reports or corrects as directed.

  • You will assist in the maintenance of the build schedule and plan.

  • You will assist in identifying and reviewing orders which will be late and reports as instructed.

  • You will performing other duties as assigned.


The skills you need to succeed:
  • You must be a self-starter, possessing high degree of self-motivation.

  • You must have high attention to detail.

  • You must have demonstrated problem solving and project management skills.

  • You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • You must have the ability to multitask.

  • You must have knowledge of MRP Systems in a manufacturing environment.

  • You must have strong personal computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Excel and Access.

  • You must have fundamental understanding of data analysis and available tools.


Education & experience of a successful candidate:
  • High School graduate.

  • Associate's degree or Technical College Degree in Electronics or Business, or equivalent experience preferred

  • Experience in Microsoft computer applications.

  • Experience with production scheduling software systems preferred.
