ob Summary:
The Scheduler is responsible for efficiently routing multiple customer installation deliveries and service appointments. This role will be responsible for meeting weekly and monthly routing goals while ensuring routes are efficient and cost-effective.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Coordinate customer installation routes, considering weight loads, vehicle capacity, and drive time to ensure routes are optimized.
Continuously assess and adjust routes based on real-time factors, such as traffic conditions, weather, and other variables.
Collaborate with Project Coordinators, Installers, and other team members to ensure smooth execution of scheduled routes.
Assist project managers by providing routing updates and scheduling adjustments.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly routing targets based on a set dollar amount of routed deliveries and services.
Track and report on progress toward scheduling goals and efficiency metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborate with management to adjust scheduling strategies to ensure performance targets are consistently achieved.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of scheduled deliveries and service appointments.
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on route completion, customer satisfaction, and issues that arise during the scheduling process.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and data management software.
Proficiency with scheduling software and route optimization tools.
Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in scheduling, logistics, or transportation coordination preferred.

None.
Physical Requirements:
Employees in this position are required to be able to hear and have vision sufficient to utilize all office equipment.
Use of hands and fingers is required to utilize standard office equipment.
Use of feet and legs required to walk, climb and maneuver within property sites.
Requires occasional lifting up to 15 pounds.
Prolonged periods of sitting, either while driving or at a desk and working on a computer.
