Company Description:
International auditing firm is seeking to add experienced professionals to our administrative team. This position includes the oversight of dedicated client accounts, audit scheduling, certificate development, and routine customer service activities. Candidates should have at least 2-4 years of work experience in a professional setting, the ability to communicate proficiently both written and verbally, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and strong customer service skills. A degree is preferred, but is not required.

This position requires on-site presence Monday through Friday and is not remote

Typical Day for a Scheduler:

  • Interact professionally with team members and other departments
  • Establish and maintain client relationships
  • Schedule and coordinate audits based on client needs
  • Negotiate dates to schedule with auditors
  • Maintain positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Initiate customer satisfaction surveys and respond to client concerns
  • Prioritizing tasks, multi-tasking, and organizing
  • Working with team members, with the ability to self-motivate

Qualifications:

  • Must possess interpersonal, grammatical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Friendly, pleasant, and professional phone demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Negotiation skills are plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
