Scheduler

Willowbrook Hills is a retirement community that captures everything you love about vibrant Oakland County in southeast Michigan. We are currently looking for a Scheduler to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for creating, adjusting and approving the scheduling of all departments including care staff
• Monitor staffing levels to ensure departments stay within budget
• Communicate with management on where holes in the schedule persist
• Monitor overtime hours
• Communicate to management of staffing plans and explanation of hours
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good command of English language, both oral and written.
• Good planning and organization skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Programs and/or other applicable software programs and basic computer skills.
