You must be willing and feel comfortable talking on the phone and work easily with others. Attention to detail is very important as well.

We are hiring for our Scheduling Department. Your responsibilities will be scheduling our technicians' routes in advance, scheduling appointments as customers call in and any other scheduling needs.
